The best solution for fleet management and fuel supply, encompassing the entire process from the fuel's delivery to the station to its final consumption by the vehicles.
GTFrota® offers a modern and advanced solution to control the entire fueling and fuel consumption process of your fleet in a precise and secure manner. With it, your company will have access to key information about how, by whom, when, and where the fuel is being used.
This system consists of software, equipment, and special sensors installed on vehicles, pumps, fueling forecourt, and fuel storage tanks. Through it, it is possible to control all refueled vehicles, as well as collect information while managing the operation of the pumps in the fueling forecourt.
The GTFrota® System is an integrated system that provides accurate reports on refueled vehicles, time, fuel quantity, and many other details related to your fleet's fueling process. Additionally, your company will have access to all this information in real-time from any computer on the GTFrota® platform.
Ease in managing fleet vehicles, employees, fuel inventory, and remote fueling
Manage your fleet in one place through the GTFrota® Platform or your ERP System
Avoid waste and fuel deviations during fueling of your fleet
Developed to be customizable and meet the needs of your company
The GTFrota® Console is installed at the fuel station’s forecourt and is used to manage all the equipment involved in the fueling process. Its main function is to automate the operation of the pumps and collect all vehicle and fueling data. This data is then transmitted to the GTFrota® Platform.
The GTFrota® Platform receives the information and data from authorized vehicles during the fueling process and allows real-time viewing from any computer. All the data and information generated can be customized to communicate with the company's ERP system.
The Excel Magnetostrictive Probe ensures accuracy and safety in measuring the fuel stock at your station. It is designed for installation in either underground or above-ground tanks.
Located at the vehicle's tank opening, this works in conjunction with the sensor located on the nozzle of the fueling pump. The identification is linked to the Rav Connect system, transmitting the data to the Connect terminal, which then validates or denies the fueling authorization. The fueling process begins automatically when the nozzle is inserted into the vehicle’s tank opening.
This is the most efficient and modern device for automating vehicle fueling, capable of automatically identifying relevant vehicle data such as hourmeter and odometer, integrating the data into the GTFrota® System. It offers options for data reading via alternator and tachograph for vehicles without CAN modules, and now includes an integrated circuit for capturing CAN data for vehicles equipped with such modules, ensuring even greater accuracy and reliability in the data reported to the GTFrota® system.
The GTFrota® Fleet has characteristics similar to the GTFrota® Console, being designed to control mobile refueling. Its function is to identify and authorize refueling in vehicles such as tractors, backhoes, forklifts, electric generators, mining equipment, trucks, and others.
